How it works

What goes into the report

Four audits run together. Speed and Core Web Vitals from Google's PageSpeed data. Meta tags, titles, descriptions, canonicals, headings, Open Graph, structured data. Site structure, heading hierarchy, internal linking, robots.txt, sitemap. Broken links across your internal pages. Each area is scored, then averaged into one overall health score, with every issue ranked by severity.

How to read your score

Above 90 is genuinely strong. You are ahead of most small-business sites in Odisha. Between 70 and 90 means solid foundations with fixable gaps. Between 50 and 70 means real problems that are costing you traffic. Below 50 usually means something fundamental is wrong: no sitemap, missing meta tags, a very slow host, or a theme that was never optimised. The issue list is ordered so the top item is the one worth fixing first.

What to do with the PDF

It is written to be handed over. Give it to whoever maintains your site and ask them to work down the list in order. Every issue includes what it is, why it matters and how to fix it, in plain language rather than jargon. If you maintain the site yourself, start with anything marked critical, those are usually a single setting or one missing line of code.

An honest limitation

This audits on-page and technical health, which is the part you fully control. It cannot measure keyword rankings, search volume or backlinks. That needs Google Search Console, which is free and which you should connect regardless. If a report claims to know your exact traffic or a competitor's revenue without access to your analytics, treat that number as marketing.
