Your title tag and meta description are your advert in Google's results. This shows exactly what Google reads from your page, previews how the result will look, and flags anything that will get rewritten or truncated. No signup needed.

How it works
What this tool reads
It fetches your page server-side and parses the head exactly as a search engine would: title tag and its length, meta description and its length, canonical URL, robots directives, every H1 on the page, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, and any JSON-LD structured data with a validity check. It then renders a preview of how your result will appear in Google.
Why title length matters more than people think
Google rewrites roughly a third of title tags, and over-long titles are far more likely to be replaced with something Google invents from your page content. Keep titles under 60 characters with the primary keyword first. Meta descriptions do not directly affect ranking, but they heavily influence whether anyone clicks, and click-through is a signal Google notices. Aim for 150 to 160 characters.
The mistakes we find on almost every site
Duplicate titles across pages, usually the site name repeated everywhere, so Google cannot tell the pages apart. Missing canonical tags, which lets the same content get indexed under several URLs and splits your ranking signals. Multiple H1 headings, diluting the topic signal. No structured data at all, which makes you ineligible for rich results, and FAQ rich results in particular pull a much higher click-through rate than a plain listing.
How to fix what this finds
Write a unique title and description for every page, keyword first, benefit second, brand last. Add a self-referencing canonical to every page. Keep exactly one H1 and make it match the search intent. Add Organization or LocalBusiness JSON-LD. Our free schema generator produces it in about a minute. Then re-run this tool to confirm.
