Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By using www.o9market.com or engaging O9 Market for services, you agree to these terms. Individual projects are additionally governed by their written proposals, which take precedence for that engagement.

2. Services & quotes

All quotations are written and fixed for the scope described. Work beyond agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins. Quoted prices exclude GST unless stated.

3. Payments

Projects typically follow milestone payments (e.g., 40% advance, 40% at design approval, 20% at launch). Monthly services bill at the start of each month. Work may pause on accounts overdue beyond 14 days.

4. Client responsibilities

Timely feedback, content and approvals keep projects on schedule. Delays in client inputs may extend timelines without penalty to O9 Market.

5. Ownership

On full payment, you own your website, design files and content we created for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock, plugins) remain under their own terms.

6. Marketing services

SEO and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's full control (search algorithms, ad platforms, competition). We commit to professional execution, transparent reporting and honest projections, never to guaranteed rankings.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data loss caused by third-party services.

8. Termination

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Project cancellations are settled for work completed to date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Rourkela, Odisha.
